Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Gramicci hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
